The 12 Days of CTEK Sweepstakes

Official Rules

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING, NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. 

Eligibility:  The 12 Days of CTEK Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void outside the USA, including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. 

Sponsorship: The 12 Days of CTEK Sweepstakes sponsor is CTEK, Inc. located at 5521 N Cumberland Ave Suite 1104, Chicago, IL 60656. The Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, as well as any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of The 12 Days of CTEK Sweepstakes including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: Each day of The 12 Days of CTEK Sweepstakes there will be a prize. The Sweepstakes start at 12:01 am (CST) on December 13th, 2019 and ends December 24th, 2019. Each day a new product will be given away starting at 12:01 am (CST) from December 13th - December 23, 2019 and will end at 11:59 pm (CST) the same day. Each entry from December 13th, 2019 through December 23th, 2019 will be entered in the grand prize drawing on December 24th, 2019. 

How to Enter: During the entry period, (December 13th - December 24th, 2019), visit the blog article for that day which will be linked on social posts on CTEK North America’s Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages daily. On each blog, there will be an entry form to submit your entry for that day. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, street address, phone number, and email address. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields on the entry form on the date of the drawing to be eligible). This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. 

Limitations on Entries: LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER DAY, PER EMAIL ADDRESS FOR EACH DAY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. The use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited. 

Daily Prizes and Grand Prize: Each day from December 13th, 2019 - December 23rd, 2019 one CTEK product as listed in a blog article on that date on www.smartercharger.com will be given away to one winner. The selection of products for daily prize and grand prize selection is solely within the Sponsor’s discretion. Approximate retail value of the daily prizes are as follows:

Winners agree to accept the daily prizes and grand prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither the Sponsor nor Administrator is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the daily prizes or grand prize. 

Daily Drawings and Final Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing each day December 13th - December 23rd, 2019 for the daily prizes. All entries for the daily prizes will be automatically entered to win the grand prize. The grand prize will also be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries collection during the sweepstakes. The daily drawings will take place on or about 8:00 am (CST) on the following day of each sweepstakes day. The grand prize drawing will take place on or about 12:00 pm (CST) on December 24th, 2019. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained an unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. The winner will be notified by telephone. The inability of the Sponsor to contact the winner by telephone within 72 hours after selection, may result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes will be sent to the winners by U.S. Postal Service within thirty (30) days after the winner has been notified and accepted the prize. If the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn. 

Odds: The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements of the Sweepstakes.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORK SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Terms: By entering the Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prizes, winner grants the Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
